Starfish Island is a sandbar located near the village. Because the sandbar is not always accessible due to low tide, you often visit it at the beginning or just at the end of the island tour. The sandbar is beautiful to see. The nice thing about this place, the name says it all, is that there are huge numbers of starfish around the island. Maxima island beach
You definitely don’t want to skip this incredibly beautiful island in Port Barton. Maxima Island beach is a typical tropical beach with beautiful palm trees and super clear water. At Maxima Island Beach, you can also take a short hike to the island’s hill for a beautiful view of the island and surrounding islands.

Relaxing in Port Barton also means spending a day chilling at the beach. There are some beautiful beaches in Port Barton where you can do that wonderfully. The two name-worthy beaches are close to each other, so you can easily visit them both in one day. We are of course talking about Coconut Beach and White Beach
Coconut beach or Pig beach Philippines
Coconut Beach or ‘Pig beach Philippines’, lives up to its name for all the palm trees with coconuts that are there and the cute pigs who lives here. The oval-shaped beach is a wonderful place to spend an afternoon relaxing on the beach in Port Barton. Coconut Beach has some cute little piglets walking around that you can have fun taking pictures of. Definitely add Coconut Beach to your list of things to do in Port Barton.
You can also rent a kayak here to view the beach from the water. The easiest way to get to Coconut Beach is by motorbike. The roads from Port Barton are paved at the beginning, but soon you will be driving on dirt roads. So drive carefully here. At the entrance to the beach, you pay a small fee to park your motorbike.
White beach
Another gem in the list of things to do in Port Barton is White Beach. You can get to the quieter White Beach via Coconut Beach. You walk all the way through Coconut Beach and then you get to White Beach. It’s a little more difficult to get to and a longer walk, but because of that it’s wonderfully quiet here. White Beach is also a beautiful tropical beach full of palm trees and white sand. If you want peace and quiet and fewer tourists, go to White Beach.

Rent your own motorbike and explore the insanely beautiful surroundings of Port Barton. The village is surrounded by jungle, rice fields, waterfalls and beautiful beaches. Renting a motorbike is the best way to discover it all.
From Port Barton, there are really only three directions you can go:
- Left out of the village to Coconut Beach and White Beach
- Heading south for the beautiful inland road with beautiful rice fields and mountains
- Right out of the village to the jungle and Pamuayan waterfall
5. Pamuayan waterfall
Cool off at the Pamuayan waterfall. The cold water is wonderfully cooling on a hot day in Port Barton. Pamuayan waterfall is about a 15-minute drive away from the village, and you hike about 10 minutes to get to the waterfall.
It is not the most spectacular waterfall to see, but it is a nice place to cool off. For parking your motorbike here, you pay a small fee.
