Travel to Kenya

Travel to Kenya is one of those journeys you’ll never forget. The country has it all: vibrant cities, endless savannahs, volcanic landscapes, and tropical beaches. We started in Nairobi and continued to the Maasai Mara, where the Great Migration was an absolute highlight. From there we explored Lake Naivasha with Hell’s Gate, climbed Mount Longonot, and spotted rhinos at Lake Nakuru. Amboseli and Tsavo East gave us unforgettable safari moments with elephants in front of Mount Kilimanjaro, before ending our trip with white sand and turquoise water at Diani Beach. What made it even more special is that we traveled Kenya completely on our own, using matatus, the local minibuses, to get everywhere. It shows that travel to Kenya on a budget is possible, and still gives you the full adventure: wildlife, culture, and coastline all in one trip.
